The 11-phase lifecycle and component map are reconciled newest-wins from current BridgeTower sources: Architecture SSOT v2.4 & Executive Status (2026-05-29, Sprint 28/30, offering live since 2026-04-23), the Chainlink Knowledge Hub v2.3 / Dev Playbook, the DomeBridge Canonical Rules v4.2 source-of-truth register, the live DOMEBRIDGE PPM (2026-06-03), and the partner Slack channel (through 2026-06-05).
Status reflects the live platform: CRE, NAV (NAVLink), Proof of Reserve and the five production CRE workflows are live; CCIP is contracted (exclusive) and ready on-demand; ACE (Automated Compliance Engine — policy + cross-chain identity) is dev-tested and shipping to production within ~1–2 weeks; the agentic AI control plane (6 agents) is in development with integration paths being assessed, while the on-platform assistant is production-ready on AWS Bedrock + Claude (AI is used in many places). Secondary trading, distributions and DvP atomic escrow are post-lockup / roadmap. By design, everything is static during the open offering — prices, quantities, the multiplier and NAV — because it’s a securities offering and terms can’t change; the live daily NAV begins at close.
